RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
At Jullist, we offer a 10-day return policy for all US customers. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window begins on the date of delivery or pickup.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Items must include all original packaging (box, pouch, cleaning cloth, etc.).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Sale items (purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code equal to or greater than 35%)
Refund Process:
When returning item(s) for a refund, a $10 return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected at our offices. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. Refund returns postmarked after the 10 days will be processed as store credit.
Store Credit:
When returning item(s) for store credit, the restocking fee will be waived, and credit will be applied once the product has been delivered and inspected at our offices.
Exchanges:
When exchanging item(s), the restocking fee will be waived, and the customer will be able to shop now for new pieces.
New item(s) will be shipped once the exchange package is "in transit" back to us.
Order Protection:
Jullist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Route is available for purchase at checkout to protect your parcel against loss, theft, and damage. Claims need to be filed directly through Route. If Route is declined at checkout, Jullist is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels.
What is the exchange policy?
We offer a 10-day exchange policy for all our customers. To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the same conditions outlined in our return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for sale items or earrings due to hygiene concerns.
How do I make a return/exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at return@jullist.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Item description
- Reason for the return or exchange
- If exchanging, what item you want to exchange it for
After we receive and review your email, we will provide you with a shipping label to facilitate the return or exchange.
