How long does shipping take?

We aim to fulfill orders within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). You will receive a tracking confirmation once the shipping label is printed. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for tracking updates as we pack your order and hand it off to USPS. Processing times may be delayed during high-volume periods such as sales, restocks, and holidays. If processing takes longer than 6 business days, we will notify you.

How will I know my order was successfully placed?

Once your transaction is successfully processed at checkout, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure the email address you entered is correct. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You can return or exchange items within 10 days from the ship date. Visit our Returns page to start the process and receive a return label. Note that returns for refunds are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you honor sale prices for recent purchases?

We honor sale pricing for unfulfilled, qualifying orders placed within 24 hours of the start of a sale.
